In our series on Christmas cooking traditions in Europe, we're this time in Gammelstad, Sweden, at the Kaptensgården Restaurant to try out a traditional "Julbord". It's a cold buffet that includes 100 foods, including 18 types of herring. And it's served with glögg (a type of mulled wine).
